Wenn Sie Mal in Schöneberg durch die Straßen schlendern und auf einmal an jedem Laden Regenbogenfahnen hängen sehen, dann sind Sie höchstwahrscheinlich in der Motzstraße angelangt.
Die Motzstraße eignet sich als erste Anlaufstelle für alle, die irgendwie in der Schwulen-, Lesben-, Transvestiten oder in der Transsexuellen-Szene involviert sind.
Die klassische Infrastruktur reicht hier von schwulen freundlichen Fitness-Club oder Apotheke über Läden für Fetisch-Outfits, bis hin zu einer schwulen Frittenbude am Wittenbergplatz.

2020 wurde das Fest wegen Corona leider abgesagt. Dieses Jahr findet das fest dann im Oktober statt, und zwar vom 02.10. bis 03.10.2021.

Gaydar schafft es, von Version zu Version schlechter zu werden und an den Bedürfnissen der Anwender vorbei zu entwickeln. Nach welchen Kriterien die Suchergebnisse sortiert sind ist völlig intransparent, nach Entfernung scheint es wohl nicht zu sein. Überhaupt scheinen die Ortsangaben wohl nur sehr verzögert aktualisiert zu werden. Die Filtermöglichkeiten sind in der Basisversion ein Witz, in der VIP-Version aber auch kaum interessanter. Die App ist mittlerweile komplett uninteressant geworden.
