It’s okay for the one who is proven wrong to openly go agast gay marriage bee there is opposn g om the majory. They are both shown as very knowledgeable about Survivor and strategy and never lger on them as gay characters. Like Richard, Todd ws the game and is never thought of as a gay wner, simply as the guy who ran roughshod on fal tribal uncil and stole a victory om the clutch of Amanda Survivor often avoids stg stereotypil ways when to the LGBTQ muny, they sometim swerve that directn wh mixed rults.
He was also on a tribe wh Frank Garrison who was a stnch ary man who had never really alt wh a gay person his life. There was a strong dislike between the two of them and ’s very obv homophobia, or at least a lack of unrstandg gay people was at play.

Knowg the prence Boston Rob has morn Survivor, I am willg to bet the producers wish they uld go back and not air this Rob is not the only person who has ma problematic statements about gay people on the show. This is obvly a ment stemmg om Jam’ lack of tn about homosexualy and is not meant a harmful way but airg stereotypil thoughts like the is not a way to further the tn of back to Vanuatu aga, while I praised the show for their handlg of Ami and Sut, their handlg of the appearance of their rpective loved on had some issu. For Bret, an olr gay man who never really had a chance to e out, Survivor gave him the opportuny to do so and they treat everythg so wonrfully and rpectfully.
