But there was somethg special about Sailor Moon and the Sailor Suts as my first. The team of five girls wh five very different personali and powers ptivated me, to a pot where I would even borrow some of their evil-fightg mov durg imagatn playtime the elementary schoolyard. Beg a space nerd as a kid, I was wag for all the plas to fally be reprented by a kickass, elemental-wieldg hero. And fally, Neptune and Uran showed up — even if they weren’t alli at first wh the re group of Sailor Suts. And even more tertg was that they were <em>s</em>. Well, at least the Amerin dubbed versn.</p><p>See, there was somethg always a ltle off wh jt how close the two “s” were. Fay n be really close, pecially if you’re fightg off the force of evil together, but certa scen raised some rabow flags. Like when their fac get close, <em>real close</em>. And sure enough, that’s bee Michelle and Amara (Neptune and Uran’s non-Sailor nam, rpectively) are ed lbians the origal material who very much enjoy the pany of each other.</p><div class="Contaer-bkChBi byNLHx"></div><p>There was a lot changed about the anime when was brought to Amerin dienc and dubbed, cludg omtg certa ath scen and bg episos, that largely left ntuy problems. And Disney XD recently featured a bunch of same-sex kiss on <a href="><em>Star vs. the Forc of Evil</em></a>. A same-sex relatnship where they weren’t fed by who they were romantilly volved wh, but that jt beg a part of their inty — along wh beg able to summon torrential tidal wav and blast seismic attacks agast bad guys. Beg a space nerd as a kid, I was wag for all the plas to fally be reprented by a kickass, elemental-wieldg hero. And fally, Neptune and Uran showed up — even if they weren’t alli at first wh the re group of Sailor Suts. And even more tertg was that they were <em>s</em>. Well, at least the Amerin dubbed versn.</p><p>See, there was somethg always a ltle off wh jt how close the two “s” were. Fay n be really close, pecially if you’re fightg off the force of evil together, but certa scen raised some rabow flags. Like when their fac get close, <em>real close</em>. And Disney XD recently featured a bunch of same-sex kiss on <a href="><em>Star vs. the Forc of Evil</em></a>.
