The Mr Gay World pageant took place at the Artspe Opera Hoe Cape Town, Wtern Cape on Saturday 15 October. Although Shanon Kannigan reprented Mzansi on the global stage, was Puerto Ri’s José Lopez who walked away as Mr Gay World 2022.
