We support and affirm the diverse inti and liv of lbian, gay, bisexual (LGB) Sailors as dividuals and as groups, pecially as stunts, staff, and faculty of Trag Support Command (TSC) and their fai, iends, and alli, by the cultivatn of safe space, tnal outreach, advocy, visibily of LGB issu, rmatn and referral, and amic and learship opportuni. GLASS is a peer-to-peer group for gay, lbian, bisexual and supportive sailors. I was a b shocked and a lot thrilled to hear that there would be a US Sailg LGBTQ (Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr, Queer) DEI panel (Diversy, Equy, and Incln).

I have seen how homophobia, transphobia and biphobia play out the sailg world firsthand. As a genr non-nformg bisexual cis woman a relatnship wh a man, I am never gay enough and never straight enough. Gay, lbian, and bi youth who e out and are received wh acceptance show the same trend their well-beg.
