On May 11 the FDA eased rtrictns on blood donatns om gay and bisexual men, among other groups tradnally facg higher risks of HIV. The FDA no longer broadly exclus gay and bisexual people om donatg blood and has moved to a more targeted qutnnaire about an dividual’s sexual history.
