Gay Stadium. Gay was a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carola Coach Associatn and was the first North Carolian to be chosen as print of the Natnal Feratn Interscholastic Coach Associatn. Gay was also ducted to the North Carola High School Athletic Associatn Hall of Fame 1996 and the North Carola Sports Hall of Fame 1998.
