C., el Primer Encuentro Gais y Lbianas Latas was held, out of which me the Natnal Lato/a Lbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgenr Organizatn (LLEGÓ), although the new anizatn did not beg publishg a regular perdil until 1994, Aqui llego.
