KleMy dghter and I booked our stay July 6th-10th at the Gaylord Opryland Rort.

We are sympathetic to the havoc that vid has ed many bs, but sce Gaylord uld not be upont about limed servic and expected experienc, we were left wh a bad taste our mouths.

I do want to mentn that we were offered an upgra to a room on the atrium, for which we are grateful, but this is an easy adjtment for the Gaylord, as the amount of guts are mimal. Here at the Gaylord Opryland Rort, our team wants to provi nothg but the bt hotel experience, and we scerely apologize that we fell short of that while you were wh . We are nsirg visg a different Gaylord lotn next time bee we liked so much! We ntacted the Gaylord and after a uple days were put touch wh Khalim the head of Valet servic who said he was lookg to and asked for photos.

Wasn’t expectg to be paid for full by the Gaylord but I also wasn’t expectg the rponse om Khalim that said his vtigatn was “nclive” and we uld subpoena the footage if we wanted to take further. We will pay the grand to repair our r for your petence…not even sure why someone was the passenger si when was beg valet parked…but the Gaylord will pensate nothg?? Perhaps someone at the Opryland Gaylord should teach ctomer service to Khalim.
