The thg that bothers me wh this sort of TV is they always have to remd the dience that I’m gay.

Gay characters really have to have this kd of g out sort of scenar, and I jt don’t feel — ’s so normal, ’s so regular, that why n’t jt be? So why should you have to do that as a gay person? We have a lot of gay wrers on our show, and I felt they jt handled really betifully.
But what I don’t like about most shows when they’re alg wh sexualy is they jt kd of have to beat over the head wh the dience, like nstantly remd the dience that this person’s gay. It’s sort of a slap the face to the gay muny, I feel. It’s like let them be gay on TV.
