This aspect of PrEP e may be particularly problematic for younger men who do not intify as gay and whose sexualy uld be disvered through their PrEP e.

This stigmatisatn happens at multiple levels: wh their own muni, broar society and om the largely whe, gay male muny. Men experienced both racism and homophobia wh a ntext of equali healthre accs, socenomic stat, tn and HIV fectn.

PrEP e has also bee stigmatised as is lked to beg gay, sexual promiscuy and irrponsibily.

The tersectn of beg gay, black and HIV posive had the most negative impact on perceptns of PrEP e, as men wanted to distance themselv om this tersectnal inty. This uld be the form of supportive youth spac and implementg riliency-foced terventns to rce negative associatns of beg gay and black.
