Hot Gay Time Mache. Frh om a sell-out n at the Edburgh Frge, Hot Gay Time Mache has done the rounds, stoppg off at Brighton Frge and baggg self a well-served award before landg wh a bang the Wt ’s not the first time two of the show’s wrers have had Wt End succs this year eher. This time, the duo has teamed up wh Zak Ghazi-Torbati to wre and produce what n only be scribed as a right old mil romp through the ups and downs of g out and beg a ‘hot gay’ are few plays that do what they say on the t as much as this crazy, mp, tobgraphil journey through both Toby and Zak’s eccentric liv.
It’s one of the gayt plays I’ve ever seen, smoulrg hot throughout and based on a super swish time mache. The baret-style mil reli heavily on the pk-pated piano that tak centre-stage to help blast out all the club classics om s of gay dis—om "YMCA" to "It’s Rag Men", they’re all there—but cleverly none of them is overly ed. This is a show solely about the boys, their w, the bants and those wonrfully crafted songs that every gay the dience uld relate to.
