Lbian, gay, bisexual, and other sexual mory (LGB+) South Asian Amerins reprent a disproportnately unrserved and often visible muny the Uned Stat. While issu of sexual vlence have been documented the South Asian Amerin muny, ltle is known on s impact among LGB+ dividuals. This study explor the experience of sexual vlence, related attus, and mental health out among LGB+ South Asian Amerins. A muny-rmed onle survey of 18–34-year-old South Asian Amerins livg near the New York State regn, reced om onle social media platforms, was nducted. Study sign, implementatn, and evaluatn occurred partnership wh an advisory board of South Asian young adult reprentativ; data was analyzed both scriptively and through multivariable logistic regrsn mols. Of the 385 participants who reported their sexualy, LGB+ participants prised 24.1% (n = 93) of the sample. LGB+ participants were more likely to have experienced rape multiple tim (17.2% vs. 9.6%) bivariate analys, and higher odds of prsn (AOR:3.47, 95%CI:1.61–8.17) adjted analys. Overall, LGB+ South Asian Amerins displayed a disproportnate burn of sexual vlence and prsn. Fdgs intify policy and rearch pathways to addrs sexual vlence among LGB+ South Asians.
