The dividuals may avoid velopg relatnships wh openly gay workers or they may only velop relatnships wh gay workers who nceal their sexual inty. Fally, even relatnships characterized by disclosure and acceptance, many heterosexuals simply nnot fathom the challeng faced by their LGB lleagu and may give them reer advice that may be more effective for heterosexuals than for gay men and lbians.
