The only cisg (gay or otherwise) that I have seen Luxor is that which tak place boats on the river! Whilst I am sure that there is some vert gay activy, is illegal Egypt and certaly not publicly tollerated let alone flnted. Y, many gay people are seen on holiday there, but you will not fd even straight night clubs, as you unrstand them, never md 'gay' on.
