Richard Gay has been a school bs official for the last 25 years and Director of Procurement Servic for the Sprg Branch Inpennt School District sce March late 2015, prr to movg back to his home town, Hoton, Texas, to bee the Procurement Officer at the Hoton Inpennt School District, Gay was entrenched his role as Purchasg Manager for the Baltimore County Public Schools, which he stayed om 2001 until 2015. Gay has also worked for the Plano Inpennt School District and the Clear Creek Inpennt School District. At State Universy Nagdoch, Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Arts gree Public Admistratn, Gay has also earned a Master’s Degree Public Admistratn om Troy Universy and an MBA om the Universy of Hoton.
