I lled Frank Gay Plumbg out of Orlando for a plumbg timate to renovate an olr home While there, I schled a serve check on the AC system They arrived promptly which is where the "service" really stopped For $they charge you get a diagnostic only - no service After mut and only checkg the prsure on the system they arrived at matenance ems totalg over $ Fortunately I have worked on HVAC systems the past and saw most remendatns as a way to extract $$ om the ctomer I did pay for $for tly need ems and thgs I did not have tools for but I was tly disappoted their service Of urse none of the diagnostic fee applied towards this total Needls to say I skipped their plumbg servic Lastly, they need to have more profsnal technicians - the AC technician they sent actually had his tools a shavg k and spoke only broken English My advice - ll someone else.

Frank Gay has a plumber, Nick, that has ctomer service at the top of his bs list.
