GAY TO Z POOL PARTY
Fosterg pri, equaly, and rpect for all lbian, gay, bisexual, and transgenr muni lolly, natnally, and globally. Formed 1974 as a sponsored program of The Center for Social Servic, we produced the first Lbian and Gay Para San Diego to celebrate the 1969 Stonewall Rebelln on New York’s Christopher Street. * san diego gay pride week *
Our anizatn and other LGBT-servg nonprofs and anizatns host muny events, programs, and fundraisers throughout the year that aim to further our missn of fosterg pri, equaly, and rpect for all lbian, gay, bisexual, and transgenr muni lolly, natnally, and globally. San Diego Pri is one of the largt gay pris and paras the USA.
The event ually featur the Pri Para on a Saturday, preced by a block party the Hillcrt gay neighborhood the night before, and followed by a two-day Pri Ftival on Saturday and Sunday Balboa Park.
The Center for Social Servic produced the first Lbian and Gay Para San Diego June 1974, to celebrate the 1969 Stonewall Rebelln on New York’s Christopher Street. This first gay pri event clud a yard sale and potluck dner at the center as well as an rmal para to Balboa Park and back. As a special treat, the natnal anthem is often performed by the San Diego Gay Men's Chos, San Diego Women's Chos, and staff om San Diego Pri and the San Diego Padr.
