On July 27, 2017, the Lbian and Gay Bar Associatn of Chigo (“LAGBAC”) celebrated s 30th Anniversary by welg over 200 guts to a gala held at the Pensula Chigo Hotel. LAGBAC is one of the olst Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr and Queer (“LGBTQ”) bar associatns the untry and the first LGBTQ bar associatn to intify as such s name. The LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illois, formerly the Chigo Area Gay and Lbian Chamber of Commerce, was tablished 1995 to tablish a small bs associatn that specifilly served the needs of the LGBTQ+ bs muny.
