Lbian, gay, bisexual, transgenr, and queer/qutng (LGBTQ) youth are part of every muny, e om all walks of life, and are prent every racial, ethnic, socenomic, and geographil group. For example, young gay and bisexual mal have disproportnately high rat of HIV, syphilis, and other sexually transmted diseas (STDs); adolcent lbian and bisexual femal are more likely to have ever been pregnant than their heterosexual peers; and transgenr youth are more likely to have attempted suici than their cisgenr peers.
