Lato lennials are the least likely lennials to intify as heterosexual, acrdg to the GenForward Survey project at the Universy of anizatn’s recent report, “Millennial Attus on LGBT Issu: Race, Inty, and Experience, ” found approximately 14 percent of all lennials — fed as those between the ag of 18 and 34 — intify as lbian, gay, bisexual or transgenr. Often lenials are talked about as a monolhic or homogeneo group where everyone is more or ls the same, ” Vlad Meni, a postdoctoral rearcher who worked on the report, told NBC News. While many gay Lato stunts still face physil and verbal harassment om classmat and teachers, more are beg bolr about affirmg their sexual inty, a recent survey found.
A 2007 survey nducted by the Gay, Lbian and Straight Edutn Network disvered that at schools where a Gay Stunt Alliance club existed, 59 percent of gay Lato stunts participated the club, says Elizabeth Diaz, a senr rearcher at the work.
