In 1961 they got up om unr the SEC and promptly Ashbach changed the pany's name om Wilx-Gay Corp to Wilx-Gay-Majtic Electronics Corp.
After skg Wilx-Gay he moved to Enco California and got a job headg up Monarch Electronics North Hollywood.
