Noble Rot Soho will take over the se vated by the poli’s favoure Hungarian rtrant Gay Hsar, on Greek Street, Sprg 2020. The menu, om chef Pl Weaver wh, as before, The Sportsman’s Stephen Harris, will clu subtle referenc to The Gay Hsar’s glory days. The Gay Hsar, a rtrant created by the late Swiss-Welsh rtratr, Victor Sassie, closed, after 65 years, the summer of 2018.
