There are no nfirmed gay characters. It is likely that Sai and Gai are homosexuals.
Other possible homosexuals are Oro, Kabuto, Itachi, and Nato. nato is bisexual, sase is gay for nato. Haku was feme but if he was gay, then so were sound 5 and all other Orochima followers, I don't thk that kd of relatnship impli gay love for Oro and Zabuza.
