It was formed wh April 2000 by a merger between Healthy Gay Manchter and Manchter Lbian and Gay Swchboard Servic. LGF has a wi portfol of well-tablished servic and a rapidly velopg range of new iativ aimed at meetg the needs of lbian, gay and bisexual people. It mpaigns for a fair and equal society where all lbian, gay and bisexual people n achieve their full potential.
Its missn is: "Endg Homophobia, Empowerg People". LGF was origally lled the Lbian and Gay Foundatn, but changed s name on 1 April 2015. Supportg Individuals: the LGF will support lbian, gay and bisexual people to crease their skills, knowledge, and self-nfince to improve health and well-beg.
