In 1995, the Associatn pour la Créatn d’un Centre Gay et Lbien à Marseille (ACCGLM) iated the creatn of the associative bar Le Chaperon Rouge (e Colbert – oppose to the former Colbert post office) and brought together Marseille associatns around an amb project for Pri Marseille.
For the first time, Marseille's LGBT bs are closg their doors and takg part the "Gay & Lbian Uny" eveng which wel 2, 200 people at the Friche Belle Mai.

The same year, one year prr to the EuroPri Paris 97 which was anized for the first time France, all the French Lbian & Gay Pri met Marseill to create the Coordatn InterPri France, and cid particular that the Pri Marseille will close every year of the Pri season, the first Saturday July.
The 2nd edn of the "Gay & Lbian Uny" eveng was anized at the Dock s Suds for 4, 000 people.

The years 1997 (Marseille's participatn EuroPri and the Gay Social Salon), 1998 and 1999 saw the actns rried out by Lbian & Gay Pri Marseille, now regnized at natnal 2000SThe year 2000 marks the climax of the first years of existence. Our Lbian & Gay Pri is scribed as "the most betiful Pri France, unr the July sun". This year, 12, 000 people marched on the Canebière and the 5th edn of the "Gay & Lbian Uny", the biggt LGBT party France at the time, gathered nearly 6, 000 people at the Dock s Suds.

On s si, the Gay Pri March, which now extends om the Vix Port to the Parc du 26ème Centenaire, exceeds the 18, 000 monstrators followg years, the return of the eveng party the new Dock s Suds will not be the same. At the same time, the associatn Lbian & Gay Pri Marseille reaped the rewards of s work and won the anizatn of EuroPri 2013.
