I say all this as straight male veteran who knew about the movie’s reputatn for havg some gay unrton before watchg: I am actively watchg this movie for the first time sce childhood. Did… did everyone realize how goddamn gay this film was when me out? Grisham hop his experience of servg the Air Force for more than 20 years as a gay airman n reassure and spire other LGBTQ ary personnel.
