This ensemble embodi the visn of the origal Chigo Gay Pri Band, which formed 1979 as one of the first LGBTQ bands of s kd. Ci and overseas wh the Pri Bands Alliance (formerly Lbian and Gay Band Associatn).

The origal Chigo Gay Pri Band grew out of a sire to have a marchg band the Pri paras and was one of the first gay marchg bands the world. It troduced the Wdy Cy Gay Chos 1979 and the Artemis Sgers the followg year. Out of the seven pennt bands that me to the nference, the Lbian and Gay Bands of Ameri was formed.
