They won.</p><p class="">On Friday, Wilson seemed a b stunned by <a href=">a U.S. Supreme Court cisn</a> that mak gay marriage legal every state.</p><p class="nt-medium">"It’s overwhelmg to thk we’ve e this far sce 2001 when we started the se," Wilson said. "I’m at a place right now where I’m jt ready to burst, ’s so excg."</p><p class="">Wilson was part of a ncerted mpaign Massachetts that helped transform attus.</p><p class="nt-medium">"We began to tell our fay and iends about our liv," Wilson said. The first s were filed 50 years ago. "So if you were a same-sex uple wantg to marry, wantg to clare your love, the 1950s, 's been a long time g. To my grandchildren who are now their early 20s, they n't unrstand why there's any issue about ."</p><p class="">For Wilson, a feral lg that acknowledg gay marriage means that he and his hband n travel and not worry that one of them will be blocked om a hospal room the event of a medil emergency.</p><p class="nt-medium">"Now we’ll be able to take our marriage wh and be proud and nfint that tim of crisis, we’ll be able to be there for each other," Wilson said.</p><p class="">Bonto and Massachetts Attorney General Mra Healey say the next step will be legal actn to protect the civil rights of the gay and transgenr muny.
