S., Canada, Argenta, Bolivia and Chile are also ls likely than those the two younger age groups to say homosexualy should be accepted by society, although at least half of those 50 and olr all but Bolivia are acceptg, cludg 75% Canada. Mexins and Che ag 18-29 are more likely than those each of the other two age groups to offer posive views of homosexualy, but there is no signifint difference between the views of 30-49 year-olds and those 50 or olr. And Rsia, El Salvador and Venezuela, those younger than 30 are more tolerant of homosexualy than are those ag 50 and olr, while the views of those ag 30-49 do not vary nsirably om those the youngt and olst groups.

The most important takeaway isn’t a fal tally of the gay people society, but, rather, an unrstandg of the ways which surveys and other existg attempts to measure such thgs might be slightly misleadg.
