That’s not to say that overly-flamboyant gay characters are a bad thg, but a world where all media portrays a gay guy as flamboyant and fun ’s a ltle tratg to see an entire mographic forced to this one character type. It mak sense that durg the William’s (likely) last holiday season he would want to fd his partner and apologize for leavg, and I’m so happy that this is how the show went about tellg that William is gay.
