The Castillo Ygay is always ma om grap om the La Plana sgle veyard, planted 1950 and loted on a plate at the hight pot pot of our the F Ygay at 485 meters above sea level The Tempranillo and Mazuelo are harvted manually and the first selectn already tak place the veyard and the send selectn tak place on the sortg tabl.
