The League sent our first two teams to the Gay Softball World Seri held Nashville, TN, where we won enough gam to attract natnal attentn. While some of the women players participated on -rec teams to help rec, our 'secretly gay' teams entered Cy Leagu as well. Each year, wh our sprg and fall leagu and our annual Saguaro Cup Sports Ftival, we provi a healthy team sports outlet for several hundred lbians and gay men, which is somethg we all should be very proud of.

THEN: In 2007 when CCSL hosted 183 teams for the Gay Softball World Seri, we held the largt softball tournament that year the southwt cludg all ASA and U-TRIP tournaments. NOW: Gay Softball World Seri ntu to grow the number of teams and ci across the US and Canada aggrsively pete to host the tournament.
