In the Sims 3 there was one mod (Woohooer, I thk?) that I had stalled that enabled same sex upl to nceive and, sce I'm gay myself and I play wh a lot of gay upl, was really nice to have not only for storytellg purpos so my lbian Sims uld have a "????? donor," but also jt bee I love playg wh pregnant sims.
