What msage do you thk sends to Hollywood and younger viewers watchg the show that you play a stereotypil bad boy on “13 Reasons Why, ” but you are gay real life? A lot of my hero like Jam Dean and Montgomery Clift and actors of the oln days, who have all been unr speculatn of beg homosexual or havg homosexual experienc, they uldn’t really do any of that, and if you look eper to their liv, a lot of them were really sad and really msed up, and I thk some of that has to do wh that.

What sort of msag do you get om them, regards to you beg on a TV show and beg gay? I’m very close wh Brian Yorke, the creator of the show, who is also a gay man. But I never want to provoke that eher, bee I thk that’s what a lot of gay men the dtry lean to, is that no one knows, and I thk some people get a kick out of that.
