I mean - I'm a fairly harsh cric and I hate most every gay movie that out (I'm gay BTW) and I was poised for this one to annoy the crap out of me.

As a gay film buff I gus was hugely satisfyg to see the same stupid movie I've seen seven thoand tim about straight people rema - and rensired - and turned to somethg that I uld claim as my own. After all, don't gay teens serve the same g-of-age movie that straight teens do? Sure, 's a fantasy world wh unrstandg parents, hot teachers, no homophobia and te love but that was my favore thg about the movie.

The productn valu were high, and pretty much followed the Amerin Pie story-le, but wh gay characters (all supposedly teenagers, though they stretched a uple of s) and gay suatns. I spect this movie's ratg will reflect not the movie, self, but the relative eagerns of gays/homophob to st their vot as 10 or 1.

It is subversive and albe filthy and rnchy, but at the same time, believe or not, is telligent and skewers the bt and worst of morn day gay culture and gay life. It is so rehg to see a gay movie that don't suck, as many, many do.
