In the study, published the journal Psychology of Sexual Orientatn and Genr Diversy®, rearchers examed survey data om 1, 194 13-to-18-year-old boys, all of whom intified as gay, bisexual or as beg attracted to people regardls of genr. Those intifyg as gay were more likely to be out to a parent than bisexuals or those unsure of their sexualy. Say they are bisexual, wh about 2% each intifyg as gay, lbian or transgenr, " Gallup says.

Gallup only asked rponnts if they intified as LGBT (lbian, gay, bisexual or transgenr), although the LGBT muny also enpass other intifitns, such as queer.
