Gay? No, but, I've known a lot of homosexual people that are of many different body typ, attus, etc, so I tend not to really pay any attentn to the stereotyp. They're characterized as prissy and va, which is an attribute most monly seen as gay, however, I've known more straight men that act like that than gay.
Hontly, givg your character a more "heroic" haircut and a male-strong name (rather than a genr-ntral or even feme name), would go a long way toward makg seem ls "gay". They look as gay or straight as any random guy, which is to say, they look like any random guy bee gay and straight are orientatns not body typ and clothg.
I'm not homophobic. My brothers gay and so is one of my clost iends.
