But ’s like, stead of havg five gays tryg to lift the 18-wheeler of reprentatn, there are now 20 gays liftg an 18-wheeler–but ’s still an 18-wheeler!
The impact of the origal seri nnot be overstated, but there was blowback the gay muny as some felt the show turned the Fab Five to flawls superhero at bt or ritur at worst. My fear gog to the new Queer Eye was that the new show would once aga feature five gay men cut om the same queer cloth stead of pullg swatch om many fab fabrics. So I wanted to fd whatever is I’m lookg for the new Fab Five, like a 21st century Tony Slattery or Charl Nelson Reilly (or at least other gay men that unt those two gays amongst their hero as I do). This makeover show ma me over durg my bge-watch, and episo four (the absolutely sential hour of TV that is “To Gay or Not Too Gay”) was the turng pot.
