It's no wonr that fans latched on to Glee's first official gay male uple. He starts off as a homophobic bully who then morphs to someone who is secretly gay and homophobia as a fense mechanism. October is LGBT History Month, an annual observance of lbian, gay, bisexual and transgenr history, and the history of the gay rights and related civil rights movements.
I outed myself at work a very public way, when I wrote an edorial for a lol paper fendg our pany’s Gay, Lbian or Bisexual Employe and Alli (GLOBE) group’s celebratn of Gay Pri Day at the Savannah River Se (SRS). For a number of years we had celebrated Gay Pri Month (which later beme LGBT Pri Month) as part of DOE’s special emphasis program. I’ve also been active diversy efforts, both wh ACS and wh the Natnal Organizatn of Gay and Lbian Scientists and Technil Profsnals (NOGLSTP), where I’m a board member.
