Young men and habants of larger towns are generally more liberal their attus towards homosexualy than the Mlims, elrly people, women and ral habants. Gays are generally tolerated as long as they do not manift their sexual orientatn public.
The gay scene is not large; there was only one official gay club Skopje, at the time of my vis, and several gay-iendly tablishments loted the cy. Also, there are three pubs/bars that have “gay nights” their weekly programs. Attus towards gays are reportedly changg this small Balkan untry.
