I have grown up Frerick and felt as though this is a safe and affirmg place to live thentilly as an LGBTQ+ person, but the global and natnwi attus toward LGBTQ+ people ntue to fuel transphobia, homophobia, and hostily that impacts all LGBTQ+ folks, even the Frerick muny. Frerick Pri is more than jt a ftival to our muny, is an annual bean of hope for all of the LGBTQ+ rints of Frerick, and a remr that we will ntue to uplift each other and walk hand--hand toward a brighter future where LGBTQ+ people are accepted, affirmed, and loved for who we are as Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr, and Queer+ people.
