A feral appeals urt has allowed <a href=" target="_blank">Tennsee’s ban</a>, which had been blocked by a feral judge, to take effect. <a href=" target="_blank">Oklahoma</a> has agreed to not enforce s ban while opponents seek a temporary urt orr blockg .
