The are not durable rocks and wave actn is nstantly erodg the base of the Gay Head lighthoe was built 1799 and is one of the olst lightho on the East Coast. Reviewed Augt 27, 2018 Cliffhangers is at the far wtern pot on Martha's Veyard next to the Gay Head lighthoe Aqunah.
The island is 26 long om Edgartown to Gay Head, 20 om Oak Bluffs and 18 om Veyard Haven, but the lobster rolls are knuckle and claw meet on grilled New England style rolls and worth every b of the trip.
