However, my ncern is that the sectn between Mpererwe and Gayaza urgently needs to be fished properly wh asphalt as the current plan is to leave as is whout this drivg layer. I spoke at length wh an engeer om UNRA who is supervisg the nstctn of the road and he said that UNRA do not have funds to plete the layg of asphalt through the whole road sectn between Kampala and Gayaza.
