This year, as the event was ncelled due to the panmic, there were a host of onle spac to celebrate pri all 's queer at UCLUCL's LGBT+ society is a work that supports the lbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, tersex and/or asexual stunts durg their time here at universy.

I met people there who didn’t intify as gay or exclively as men.

I have to say, parenthetilly, that I had assumed walkg around durg my ial terviews and first few weeks of class, my never-failg gaydar was workg at full strength.
Even jt a few years ago, no one ed the now ubiquo albe fluidly changg abbreviatn LGBTQ+, and the notice posted on the board at UCL’s Bloomsbury Buildg early my renewed reer announced the gay men’s group for an eveng a few days hence, startg at 8PM, and I looked forward to attendg. A b of background for those of you not the know- gay culture England did then, and mostly do now, nsists of socializg pubs.
I knew all that prr to my attendance at the gay men’s group at UCL, but although I didn’t know anythg about any upg agenda, and although there was nothg of the sort noted the notice I’d read, assumed there would be some kd of program. I have to say, there exist gay men, and then there are very gay men, and although I have never nsired myself any paragon of butchns, I would have been nsired so that pany.
