It’s rare to fd queer fictn like this om the early 2000s — there is almost no queer sufferg or homophobia, and Ricky and G-man’s relatnship is steadfast and lovg, wh only a few angsty scen.
Most of the protagonists are gay and Black, though the stori range across place and time.
