But Spa World quickly backtracked, wh a different spokperson, Jam Lee, sayg there was no ban on gay or trans ctomers, only a ban on sexual activy (a strange clarifitn, sce Suisg wasn’t engagg sexual activy on the premis), and chalkg up to “a small mismunitn” due to a language dispute didn’t rult any civil or crimal plats, as discrimatn on the basis of sexual orientatn or transgenr inty is perfectly legal Virgia.
