Tyson Gay: It’s very siar, we pretty much do the same workouts, of urse different tim, but I gus the difference between our trag ssns is well we pretty much tra siar too you know if our ach giv a fast time you know or a slow time we pretty much n faster than the tim so there’s some petivens as well durg practice if I try to n a fast time she may try to n a fast time bee she don’t really back down om anyone so if we’re the blocks together she’s tryg to be the first one to 10 meters or 20 you know so ’s pretty amazg to see her work ethic as well nng wh me. Tyson Gay: Right normally when I’m nng I try to n, well normally when I’m trag I try to tra some sho wh a lot of chn, not too light you know I want more support bee I do a lot of poundg so and then I normally put on my long tights and some sweat pants so my mcl n stay warm and thgs like that so I won’t pull anythg, I want to make sure I’m real loose and sweatg and hot and thgs like that so I’m pretty much vered up and then when gets down to the end of practice or gets down to the meet time I kd of take some of those layers off and lighten up my sho and thgs like that to prepare to race.
Tyson Gay: It’s very important, you know adidas jt don’t jt look at me as some guy who ns fast, you know they gave me the Jse Owens spik bee they feel I rry myself well off the track as well jt like he did, you know a real humble guy, so that really means a lot to me.
