The anizers of PriFt, the gay-themed street fair that generally acpani the cy’s gay pri para on the last Sunday June, voted on Tuday night to tell cy officials that they would ncel this year’s ftival unls they uld fd a better lotn. The members of Herage of Pri, which aniz the ftival and the para, have said that the prev se, the Wt Village, was cramped and dangero, and that they wanted to move to Chelsea. On April 27, cy officials nied permissn for the change and urged the anizers to keep the event at the origal se. The cy’s ptroller, William C. Thompson Jr., has sent the mayor a letter urgg the cy to rensir.
